Best company to work with

Zach is as good as they get. Prompt, Courteous Efficient service. Showed up on time covered everything, sprayed the foam and cleaned up in a very short time. Great price.

I could not be happier with the work. They arrived at the designated time. They worked efficiently and the insulation looks great. My commercial space is that much better now.

Zach Hite, the owner of Specialized Foam really impressed me more than any of the other contractors I called based on a Google search. First of all, he answered the phone himself! He took time to talk to me in the first conversation about my proposed job, which was an attached workroom built on the side of my house. He was able to offer me a ball-park quote after I sent him photos of the construction in process. He gave me a suggested delivery date over the phone. I had two other contractors bid the job and both were considerably higher. Zach kept in contact with me by text in the weeks leading up to his promised date, and answered several questions I had about proper preparation of the job prior to his arrival. He again confirmed arrival date and time the day before, and gave me heads up that he was on his way the day of the job. While he was here, he was professional and efficient. He explained what he was going to do, then he did it. Afterwards, he showed me the completed job and answered any questions prior to asking for payment. He even completed a small section with insulation than originally scoped in an adjoining area, to the workshed, and did not increase the price.

I have rarely had such a pleasant experience with a contractor as I enjoyed with Zach at Spray Foam. I think it may be attributed to him being a smaller company than some of the others, and more able and willing to give service above and beyond what's normally expected from a larger company. The hands-on service and excellent communication went a long way to making this a great experience.

Best of all, as soon as he left in late November, the weather really turned cold. My as-yet-to-be-heated workshed is staying relatively warm thanks to the closed-cell foam insulation!

It has been a little over a year since Zach sprayed our second floor (over 2000sqft at 7" open) in our cape cod. Before Zach, temperature of the space were near 103 during summer and near freezing in Winter. The temp readings after Zach's work was an average of 86 during the summer and 55 during the winter unfinished. We just drywalled the 860 sqft space and the winter temp up stairs is an average 62 with no HVAC.

Zach is very reliable and honest about the job. He offered many solutions/types of products with fair pricing. He does quality work within his proposed time frame. No surprises in the invoice. I picked him over the other 5 bids because of how organized and straight forward his bid was with timeframe and expectations. The space was prepared and thoroughly cleaned when he finished.

This IS the guy you want...and spray foam is worth every penny spent up front...

Zach did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable of the product and its application. Great communication and workmanship. In fact, I gave him my dimensions over the phone. He provided a quote with the condition he would remeasure to make sure it was accurate. When he arrived (ontime) he remeasured. The quote was significantly lower than the initial quote based on his measurements. Who does that? Most would have said nothing and taken the extra. Not Zach. He's an honest person. I am very impressed with this young man and his work ethic, honesty and quality of his work. Zach, thanks for exceeding my expectation.

When working on projects, I've met more than one sub who comes out goes over everything and then sends his people to do the job, next time you hear from the sub is when its time for him to get paid. This is not the case with Zach. Zach is the point man from start to finish. Zach was friendly, professional, and generous with his time. I highly recommend him and know ill be calling him on my next project. thanks Zach, and keep up the good work.
